The Rz3 CS:S Prison Break Mod server runs the following custom scripts:
- Rz3 Chat: This script allows all Rz3 members to chat privately by prefixing any typed chat with a #.

Rules

1. Abuse / Racism. This is a public server so people from all countries can play. Just be nice to each other, if you can't do that then just ignore the people you don't like.

2. Spamming. Try not to spam the server, whether it's radio, typed or mic spam. Remember lots of people are playing with you. Just be respectful of each other.

3. Cheating in anyway at all is not permitted and will get you a lifetime server ban. Do not use any hacks!

4. Advertising / Recruiting. Please do not advertise other servers or recruit for your own clan on our server. We don't do it on your server so don't do it on ours.

5. Offensive sprays / pornographic sprays. When using a spray please be aware that you are playing on a public server with hundreds of other people from different countries, cultures, races, sexes, belief system than yours. As such please be considerate of these things and do not cause offense. The following is a list of sprays that are no permitted at all, sprays not on this list may also be restricted if an admin tells you it is:
a. Racist sprays.
b. Sprays depicting torture.
c. Sprays depicting rape.
d. Excessive, hardcore pornography.


Guards (Counter Terrorists)
1. Guards must give prisoners instructions every round.
2. Guards are not allowed to free kill* prisoners
3. Guards should use warning shots after a written or verbal warning is given and before initiating lethal force.
4. Guards should not give prisoners weapons, unless it's part of a last request.
5. All guards not involved in a last request should not interfere with the prisoner and guard involved.
6. Guards must prompt prisoners to drop their weapon if they are carrying one.
7. If a prisoner is pointing a gun directly at you without having it holstered you should avoid killing him if possible.
8. Guards should open cells within a 60 seconds of round start, or admins will use noclip/teleport to open the cells for you.
9. Guards are allowed to use force on rebelling or disobedient prisoners.
10. Guards are not allowed to camp in vents on maps that give too much advantage to the guards.
11. Guards are not allowed to camp in the armoury.
12. Guards must open jails within 60 seconds of the round starting.
13. When playing games, guards should make it explicitly clear what game is being played, when it starts and when it ends. Guards must not randomly switch between games once a game has started.
14. Guards are not permitted to order prisoners to remain in cells, once they have been opened.

Prisoners (Terrorists)
1. Prisoners should not inform on team mates, or give away their positions.
2. A last request cannot directly involve the killing of another player.
3. Prisoners should not use the MIC unless they are protesting a controversial order from a guard.
4. Prisoners are not permitted to enter the armoury without authorisation. If a prisoner enters the armoury without authorisation, guards are permitted to take any action they deem necessary to deal with the rebelling prisoner, including lethal force.
5. Prisoners are not permitted to spam the MIC. If they do so a guard should warn the offending prisoner first, before using lethal force.

Tips and Hints
1. Guards should nominate a head guard that gives verbal instructions to prevent the MIC getting flooded with spam messages.
2. As a prisoner you are allowed to rebel but if you do so the guards are allowed to shoot you, find the right time to rebel.
3.As a prisoner try to cover each other and distract the guards.

* Free killing is defined as killing a prisoner without provocation. If the prisoner has not rebelled in any way, you may not kill them.
